Allows you to lock glyphs in your hand.
How many locked skill slots are used can be configured per deck. Max locked slots is 1/3rd the total available skill slots. Locked skill slots replace a slot and reduces the number of dynamic slots.

- Formerly part of the Focus Skills, this skill was removed in Release 20.
- Prior to R9, this skill was called Instinct.
