Oracle Statue Head is a Decoration item.

This amazing decorative statue head allows players to enable the PVP flag on their character. To remove a PVP flag, players must still visit an Oracle Confirmatory.

Effect

  • Outlanders can use the head as a limited connection to the Oracle herself that allows them to enable PVP. However due to the tenuous connection, Outlanders cannot disable PVP; for that they will need to visit an actual Confirmatory.[1]
