Enemy player targets instantly discard all glyphs which are then replaced with new glyphs from their deck. Chaos Specialization adds a chance to apply a a draw speed debuff to enemy player targets. Chaos Specialization also adds a damage-over-time and knockdown effect which effects both enemy player and NPC targets, but only if Chaotic Shield is your active shield spell.

- -0.3 Draw Speed Modifier for 30 seconds

Trivia[edit]
- Tabula Rasa means "blank slate", which makes sense given its effect on skills. Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa was also the name of a sci-fi/fantasy MMORPG created by Richard Garriott during his days with NCsoft, prior to starting Portalarium. The game has since been discontinued.
