Winfield is the governor of PaxLair in Novia. He was born in Old Britannia many, many years ago where he also served PaxLair as the first mayor and is still its current governor there. He is helping people build and prosper in PaxLair in Novia. He is also a diplomat working with many towns, guilds, establishments, groups, and people. He is also a fisherman and writer.

- Winfield serves as the Governor of PaxLair since PaxLair was established in New Britannia.
Honors and Accolades[edit]
- July 26, 2014 - Governor Winfield knighted by Lord British in R8 for previously receiving the Order of New Britannia Empire medal (first knighting by Lord British's sword)[1]

- Winfield's Fish Song sung at many pubs and on many ships.
Coat of Arms[edit]
Winfield currently does not have a Coat of Arms. It may be blue with a fish and a book or pen quill. His Coat of Arms will be made through the College of Arms.
