This quest begins when finding one of the four ghostly echoes in Highvale Outskirts.
Journal[edit]
I came across a "ghostly echo" in the lower lands below the monastery. An icy blue figure seemed to be reenacting past events. It seemed troubled about his mission. There was no use in speaking with the visage - he was not aware of my existence. I suspect someone in the monastery may know something about these spirits.
