After I told Esmeralda about the room full of mystical looking-glasses, she got very excited and came up with a theory: the looking-glasses are portals that allow people to quickly travel across the Highvale Outskirts, perhaps even beyond the monastery. She wants to talk to me about "step three" when I'm ready.
