Bring Undelivered Mail to Town Crier

Obtaining either an Undelivered Letter or Undelivered Package the first time will give you this quest. Once completed, you can return either one of these items to a Town Crier in an NPC town and receive a reward and one of four magic prints. You can then return these items three more times to collect a complete set of all four different magic prints.
After receiving a full set of these magic prints, you will not receive them anymore but you can still return these undelivered items for a reward of gold and xp.

Trivia[edit]
Town Criers will now pay you for retrieving undelivered mail found in adventure scenes.[1] This has a chance to offer players a bonus reward from a set of four prints of elemental magic (earth, air, fire, and water).[2]
