Brittle Panopticon Cell Key
This is key that is used to unlock the prison cells in The Obsidian Panopticon.
The Brittle Panopticon Cell Key drops as loot from the Elves in the Obsidian Panopticon.
To unlock a cell door, this key must be in your inventory. Left-click the LOCK to unlock the cell door (clicking on the door will not work to unlock it). Then, you can left-click on the door to open it.
The brittle key breaks when you use it, so one copy of the key is removed from your inventory when you use it. You can carry multiple copies of this key.
This key is an account bound item, so you cannot sell or trade it.
