Castle Atos Ingredients is a quest item that can be obtained from Shengtong when you accept her Give Ingredients to Grill Chef Quest. The list of ingredients is not always the same.
Once you gather the ingredients, you can give the Castle Atos Ingredients list and the ingredients themselves to either Shengtong (the Grill Chef) or Stanslava (the Bakery Chef).
It is unknown if your virtue is effected by which person you give the ingredients to; however, it seems possible that giving items to Shengtong may have a positive effect on your virtue and giving the ingredients to Stanslava may have a negative effect on your virtue.
