Isabel Spalding, the tailor's daughter, seemed considerably more... bloodthirsty than I expected. She wants me to travel to the Understorm Gold Mine and fight the elves there. If I find enough pieces from the Order of Truth armor set along the way, I can use it as proof of my help with Isabel's vengeance.
Once I have a full set of armor will include the Order of Truth Cloth Robe, Hood, Gloves, Leggings, and Boots, Isabel promises to provide me a mage staff much like that which Ariel Rosehaven uses!
