1998
- January 19, 1998 - PaxLair was established in Old Britannia.
2013
- December 12, 2013 - PaxLair Citizens guild was established in New Britannia.
2014
- April 24-27, 2014 - PaxLair in Release 5 - Built in Valemark
- April 24, 2014 - PaxLair was established as the first player town in New Britannia[1]
- May 3, 2014 - Ashlynn appointed as PaxLair Cartographer by Governor Winfield.
- May 3, 2014 - Sean Silverfoot appointed as PaxLair Town Manager by Governor Winfield.
- May 22-26, 2014 - PaxLair in Release 6 - Built in Valemark. Royal Tour (video).
- May 23, 2014 - Governor Winfield declared May 23rd of each year as PaxLair Ankh Day.[2]
- June 7, 2014 - (at 07:58:30 UTC) Player owned town City purchased for PaxLair
- June 9-13, 2014 - PaxLair in Release 6 at E3
- June 12, 2014 - PaxLair Wiki page started on SotAWiki.net
- June 20, 2014 - (at 14:48:41 UTC) Player owned town Metropolis purchased (upgraded from City) for PaxLair
- June 26-29, 2014 - PaxLair in Release 7 - Built in Valemark. Amazing Mazes. Town Hall.
- July 4-6, 2014 - PaxLair in Release 7 at RTX2014
- July 5, 2014 - Governor Winfield awarded the Order of New Britannia Empire medal
- July 12, 2014 - PaxLair Guards guild was established in New Britannia.
- July 12, 2014 - NANOC appointed as Captain of the PaxLair Guards by Governor Winfield.
- July 17, 2014 - "old" PaxLair (in Old Britannia) heraldry arms created (submitted to College of Arms) - "per pale dancetty sable and gules, a balance or" - to be used for historical purposes.
- July 24-27, 2014 - PaxLair in Release 8.
- July 24, 2014 - First forming of the PaxLair PaxLair Guards by Captain NANOC.
- July 24, 2014 - First PaxLair Library built by Soleidad.
- July 26, 2014 - Governor Winfield knighted by Lord British in R8 for previously receiving the Order of New Britannia Empire medal (first knighting by Lord British's sword).[3][4][5]
- July 27, 2014 - First PaxLair live play in New Britannia. Attended by Lord British. PaxLair Play: "Where There is a Will..."
