This rare mace is not an artifact, but it has a special bonus that increases damage to undead creatures. You can only carry one of these maces at a time. If you try to carry more than one, you well get an alert in the chat window stating "You can not currently hold any more of this item (Cuthbert, Undead Bane)."
This mace is found in Highvale in the graveyard that is inside the walls of the Highvale fort. In the graveyard, the mace is leaning against a stone wall in the north end of the graveyard, and is just to the right of the ankh shaped tombstone for "Louis Dayna". The coordinates of the mace are: 163.706, 43.043, -161.462 (see Coordinates for details).
NOTE: Cuthbert, Undead Bane is only available in the normal Highvale scene. During the Battle of Highvale, the weapon can not be found.
