Deflect grants a chance to block an attack with a shield. Immediately after triggering the block the bonus will be large for a few seconds. Shield Specialization increases the duration of the large bonus.

- 10.1 Combat Block Modifier for 44.4 seconds
- +0.3% Shield Block Power for 44.4 seconds
