I found an inoperable kobold cloud cannon, one of the two weapons I was asked to retrieve. I should take it back to him as soon as I can get some free time.
- If you have both the Inoperable Kobold Cloud Cannon and Inoperable Kobold Tesla Rifle when you return to Jack, you will be asked to turn in both items. Both Deliver Inoperable Kobold Cloud Cannon and Deliver Inoperable Kobold Tesla Rifle quests will complete.
