Diplomatic Note for Korabar is a quest item you will obtain when you complete the quest Speak with Demig.
To His Highness King Korabar, Ruler of Skrekk,
The bearer of this diplomatic note acts in my name as an emissary of Norgard. I ask that you allow my emissary to travel under the flag of truce within your sovereign territory for purposes of opening terms of peace between the free city of Skrekk and the Kingdom of Norgard.
My emissary brings to you another item, the significance of which will be known to you, to prove my intent.
I understand that humans have not been trustworthy towards your kind in the past. I know that trust cannot be repaired with one act in one day, but as one who understands the responsibility of rulership, you will also understand that I act in good faith, to ensure the best fate for my people.
