Focus Damage Rate is an effect that is found on various items and applied by various debuffs. The Focus Damage Rate is the amount of health damage sustained per point of focus utilized.
Example: if you have the Cabalist Avara Hood equipped (which has +0.3 Focus Damage Rate) and you consume 50 focus using a skill, then you will take 15 points of health damage.
