The Founder Lord Town Home comprises 3 floors with 5 rooms (including a secret room), a second floor side deck, and a large rear deck on the third floor with a balcony wrapping around the front and sides of the house. It is reserved for Founders who pledge at the Lord level.
Trivia[edit]
This home was originally an extremely spacious two-story dwelling, with an open-air roof deck suitable for crafting or entertaining. However, based on feedback from the Lord backers, modifications were made, including scaling the entire house up 10%-12%, adding a closet underneath the first floor stairwell, lowering the crenelations on the balconies for better visibility, moving the staircase to the middle of the first floor, expanding the second floor space under the rear roof deck, adding two rooms to the third floor, adding a small secret room, and expanding the rear deck and by adding front-facing and side-facing sections to the rear deck.
