Caster is surrounded by flames which inflict damage-over-time on nearby enemies. Fire Specialization increases the duration. This spell is considered a shield spell, and only one shield spell can be active at any given time.
- NOTE: This spell when active will damage any Neutral creatures near you within the active effect radius. Damaging a Neutral creature with this spell will cause them to become hostile.
