I visited all four appearances of the ghostly echo. Afterward, I was able to speak with the spirit. It mentioned something about being one of three soldiers in the Highvale Guard, and being on a mission to retrieve supplies for refugees, but was also some kind of offering to a demon. I'll need to more information from the ghostly echo to continue my investigation.
- Speak to a Ghostly Echo and a dialogue window will now show up. Click on the offering, Captain Burnes and sever the bonds keywords.
