Players will be sent on a quest to discover a Kobold camp, where they will then need to figure out how to be granted the reward of a Kobold Commander Mask. To begin, talk to the tour guide in Soltown. This will only be available during the Grand Tour for Release 19, so be sure to try it while you can (did someone say rares?)!
