I brought the Frostgeist Hexe Core to Esmeralda in the Highvale Outskirts monastery. She took it, ground it up, and threw the powdery essence in my face. Supposedly, now I can use another looking-glass to travel across the area. I want to finish this investigation, so I'll ask her about the "final step" she mentioned.
- NOTE: Once you have both the Ask About Final Step and Learn About Final Step quests, speak to Esmeralda and click on the final step keyword to complete both quests.
