"...there small come one from beyond the circles of the sundered moon..."
The noted scholar Cecile de Leycestre, in her lectures on the Prophecies, claims that this line is in reference to what many refer to as 'outlanders', or people who claim to come from an entirely different 'world' from out own. (Examples of these include Lord British, the rebel leader Darkstarr, and others through history.) Some doubt their claims that worlds other than ours exist, yet Lord British, the most well-known 'outlander', exhibits several characteristics of outlanders, most notoriously and uncanny ability to cheat death whether through old age or falling in combat. Due to their rarity, study of 'outlanders' and the 'world' they originate from has been seldom undertaken.
