The magic supplies merchant in Grusk needs someone to collect a package from the nearby dockmaster and return it to him. To get the package, all I need to do is find the docksmaster in the waterfront area and mention Kortreek to him... that's the name of the merchant. Once I have the package, I simply need to bring it to Kortreek and he'll pay me for the delivery.
