Annora Jenkins, a watersmith in Port Harmony, is having trouble doing her job. She says water pressure is building up within underground pipes and needs to be relieved by a valve situated within the jail grounds. However, the stubborn Minister of Defense won't give her access. Normally the Minister of Coins would step in on her behalf, but he's not around for some reason. I've decided to intervene and see what can I can do. I'll start by mentioning the valve to the Minister.
