Nameplate

A nameplate is shown above each character, NPC and creature in the game. The nameplate will be displayed when you are in range, unless the character uses stealth to conceal themselves or lie in ambush. Additionally, a player's own nameplate appears in the top left corner of the screen.
Name[edit]
The color of the name in the nameplate varies depending on the target's status.
- Names of players flagged for PVP are red.
- Names of hostile creatures are green if they are near your level, yellow if they are slightly stronger than you, orange if they are significantly stronger than you, and burgandy if they are extremely stronger than you.
- Names of Founder players are gold.
- Names of players in your party are blue.
- Names of players in your guild are light blue.
- Names of players who you are unacquainted with are light gray.
- Names of NPCs who are friendly, but cannot be killed (such as merchants) are dark gray.
- Names of neutral NPCs are light green.
- Names of Outlanders are light purple.
- Names of Hospitallers are violet.
- Names of Developers are pink.
Affiliation[edit]
The name of the player's guild or NPC type is shown below the name.
Icons[edit]

A few icons can be shown in a player's nameplate.
- Guild Leaders have an icon of a crown and laurel leaves.
- Party Leaders have an icon of a crown and crossed swords.
- Players with a Grandmaster skill have an icon.
