Offer Help to Winifred is the Initial Quest that is given by the Quest Giver NPC Lunden. This main quest has six attached Step Quests that are completed in order.
- NOTE: If your virtue is too low, this quest will not be offered.
Journal[edit]
Outside Port Harmony's tavern, an excited commoner named Lunden tried to tell me how I could help him, but he kept stumbling over his words. Lunden eventually gave up and told me his friend, Winifred, would be able to explain how I could help them much better than he could.
