Panopticon Package

This is a quest item used in the Deliver Package to Prisoner daily quest in The Obsidian Panopticon. Speak to Max (Middleman) to start the quest and to obtain the package.
The actual in-game item includes the name of the prisoner to whom the package should be delivered. For example, if Max tells you to deliver the package to Luda, then the item in your inventory will be called "Panopticon Package for Luda".
