These unique leggings are obtained from Anne Faraday in Resolute after completing a series of quests. The series of quests are initiated by first talking to Torben in Harvest. Torben will give you a quest to go see Anne Faraday in Resolute. When you talk to Anne, she will send you on a quest to a find book called "The Path of Eight Steps". When you give "The Path of Eight Steps" to Anna Faraday, she will give you the Plate Leggings of Courage.
Plate Leggings of Courage can be obtained only one time per Character.
Salvaging this item always yields a pattern for the Plate Leggings of Courage.
