Prayer Card is a quest item that is part of a Repeatable Quest. The card is given to you by an Pilgrim in Roving Encounters (the pilgrim appears after you have completed the wave battle in the roving encounter). You can only have 1 of these at a time. This card can be given to a Altruist Monk for a reward of gold, experience points, and a Necklace of Civility, Common.
The Prayer Card states:
Supply those who need.
Feed those who hunger.
Relieve those who suffer.
Help those who struggle.
Love those who despair.
