I met an elderly woman by the name of Esmeralda. She wants me to investigate the top floor of the steeple here in the Highvale Outskirts monastery. It's the tall tower that's just northwest of Esmeralda's living quarters. She's seen blue lights and blue mist emanate from the steeple.
