The warlord ruler of Ardoris, Shogun Tsuneo founded the Council of Might. A dark complexioned man with a carefully trimmed goatee, Tsuneo spoke in a deep, rumbling voice.
Tsuneo was the leader who called the other city-states to form a union against the Obsidian Empire.
