- You aren't aware of the type of town this is.
- Player Run
- This is a town that was designed and established by Portalarium for Avatars to populate but doesn't have a player who is able to toggle permissions or pvp flags for the town.
- Player Owned
- This is a town that was purchased by an Avatar and is able to have it's permissions and flags set by that leader. The leader also holds keys to the lots.
