I met a fellow in the town of Mud who was wearing a pointy, metallic hat. He said it was a special magical helmet... okay, sure, why not? He said if I wanted one, too, that I should go see a kobold named Bopyk in his camp just north of the town walls. Wouldn't hurt to see what the hats are really about.
