I *believe* this is an Edelmann Backer only recipe? I cannot 100% confirm that, but if someone can, could we update this page to mention that? -Jaesun
Yes, afaik exclusive for backer(including Benefactor) and part of the Edelmann pledge. It should be only teachable by Edelmann backer or higher tiers. I removed the query and fixed the internal link. Someone with better English should take care about the text (;
