Recipes and emotes that are Teachable can be traded to another character, but that character who learned it from you will not be able to teach it to others. In other words, for you the recipe is teachable (you can teach it to other players), but whoever learns the recipe from you will learn the recipe as Not Teachable (they cannot teach it to other players).
