The elf, Kiakis, in Vertas told me that he had found a dagger such as the one I found in a wrecked caravan. He noted that such caravans, driven by fauns, often stopped in Jaanaford, a village east of Vertas in South Paladis. Once there, I should speak to someone who would often see travelers, such as an innkeeper.
