Value is a number assigned to items in the game to represent the 100% price of a specific item.
NPC merchants will buy equipment items from you at 80% of the value stated on the item, on items with full durability. Some NPC merchants, known as Tag Match will however buy some items from you at 100% of the value stated on the item, on items with full durability. This price will lower however, with items less than full durability.
