This is a quest item used in the Retrieve Vikland Amulet of Testimony daily quest in Vikland.
The Vikland Amulet of Testimony can be found as loot any of 6 dead Norgard Warrior corpses located throughout Vikland (the warriors are dressed like vikings).
If you give the Amulet to Liva (who is near the campfire in the town area of Vikland), she will give you a reward of gold and 40,960 experience points (or 81,920 during double XP).
