Whyte Roc has grown in a Metropolis that overlooks the Bay of Storms near the Etceter Crag Mines, which it relies on for most of its commerce. Many of Whyte Roc's inhabitants spend their days working in the foothills and are comforted by the fact that while the mine is close by, it is still far enough away from the neighboring Kobold settlement of Etceter that their families can live in relative safety.
