Xanthous Lens is a quest item, and is one of the three Obsidian Eyes. This item can only be obtained if you have the quest Find the Xanthous Lens. The Xanthous Lens can be found in Sequanna Colossus, where you must search and loot the Shrine of Love at a specific time.
