After Sigrunn told me of three people to consult with about the disappearances of those who sail north from Noreach, she reluctantly added I could ask Captain Jack Price about "northern crimes" that might be relevant. His airship, the Jack of Diamonds, might be in Mud, but it's always on the move. Also, I hear they only accept passengers with less-than-stellar reputations. I may have to skip this consultation, but I'm sure it won't be critical to my investigation.
