Each time you successfully have a Meticulous Collection Chance by gathering a Resource Node you will receive a Adventure And Producer Experience reward.
This is displayed in the loot window from the resource node gathered and has a value. Taking this item or clicking the Take All button, will then automatically apply this value to both Adventurer Experience and Producer Experience pools.
