Albert Halverson is an NPC located in the Braemar Inn and Tavern in the village of Braemar.
Background[edit]
Albert used to be a travelling merchant but has given it all up due to the poor conditions that Braemar now finds itself in, as such he spends his time in the tavern constantly having his empty cider mug refilled.
'Abela, another cider please. This one seems to be empty.'
