Arnel Courts was a large, broad shouldered warrior; a quiet man despite his size, who often kept to himself. He had been torn from his family, and as a result had a deep longing for home.

Arnel was among the guards who helped Syenna kidnap Aren Bennis for his Avatar Blade, during the events in Blade of the Avatar.
