Banner of Justice is one of several different Virtue Banners. Banner of Justice represents the Virtue of Justice.
Where Found[edit]
Obtained from solving the puzzle in the Elysium Mines which opens the Blessing of Maintenance. You will find it as loot, in one of the coffins. This item will appear as a bag in your inventory. You will need to right-click on it and use it to obtain the Banner.
- This item can only be obtained one time, per character.
