Not a guild. PaxLair is a town. People in this "guild" are officials or citizens not in other PaxLair guilds.
The PaxLair guild itself is mainly for PaxLair government officials and citizens who do not belong to other PaxLair town guilds. PaxLair is not a guild; it is a town of many boroughs and guilds. This PaxLair guild holds only a small percentage of those who are citizens, residents, and workers in PaxLair.
There are many guilds in PaxLair that will continue to grow in numbers: Citizens, Guards, and Reporters.
