Community talk:Hard Maple Long Bow with Fustian Bow String
When I added this recipe to my recipe book by crafting it from the wiki listed recipe it added as "Long Bow". Perhaps this is intentional. The bow itself is titled "Hard Maple Long Bow" in my inventory. The Fustian Bowstrings are still reflected in the bow details by giving the bow +10 Focus under a detail note named "Fustian Cloth Strap (2)". The Hard Maple bonus is +0.1 Damage Resistance. This is good, but unexpected. I do not see how holding a bow can increase Damage Resistance in the real world. I guess this is to be expected, based on forum comments about this topic, but still this is another example of the bonus not reflecting something that would be expected based on real world experience.
