Eternal Pattern: Red Fez Hat is an Eternal Pattern that can be applied to any helm Item using the Tailoring Modifications Skill Reshape Light Armor Helm at a Tailoring Station. Once applied to a helm item, the item will now have the appearance of a Red Fez Hat.

- Eternal Patterns are items that are used in the crafting system to reshape the visuals of an existing item while preserving the functionality and data associated with that item. You can make exactly one item at a time from an Eternal Pattern.
- Any item that has an Eternal Pattern applied to the item, can always be removed and recovered by salvaging the item, or by using a Pattern Remover item.
