I threw an example Section into the form.
Re: substitution template - Seems like Forms is a more advanced version of the same thing. For example they can't do auto-completion like Boroughs is set up for and you don't get anything like the "Create with Form" as an option instead of "Create". -- Fenyx4 (talk) 16:23, 4 October 2015 (UTC)
