Gem of Truth is a Dread Artifact reagent item, used to activate the Bonesteel Crown's unique power.
- When you complete The Path of Truth main quest, the Oracle will give you one of these items, and also give you the words of power needed to activate the Bonesteel Crown.
- The Oracle Servitor located in the Boreas Colossus can give you an additional Gem of Truth as long as you currently do not have one currently in your inventory. Obtaining this item from the Oracle Servitor will lower your virtue.
- You can carry as many of these items as you wish.
